Manage Videoblitz credits
Credits pay for processing in Videoblitz. AI clipping and editor exports are priced by video length, image and video generation by the selected model, and a few actions have a fixed price. You always see the cost before you submit.

How much does each action cost?
Every price is shown before you confirm, on the clipping review step, in the export dialog, and on each generation.

How are partial minutes rounded?
Video length is charged by the second and rounded up to the next whole credit, not the next minute. The result does not depend on how many clips a job produces.

How do I use fewer credits on a long video?
Choose a custom processing range in the AI Clipping setup steps. Only the selected range is charged, so skip intros, breaks, and sections you already know you won't clip.
Before a batch, add up the minutes you plan to process so the whole batch fits in your balance.

Do I get credits back if a job fails?
Yes, when the failure is on our side. If a clipping job, an editor export, or media processing fails because of a system error, the charged credits return to your balance automatically. Cancelling an editor export or media processing before it finishes also returns its credits.
If an X post fails or you cancel a scheduled X post, its credits are returned too. Refunds appear as Credits refunded in Token History on the Billing page.
Purchases, subscriptions, and unused allowances are not refundable as money, except where required by law.
How many credits come with each plan?
New accounts start with a free trial that includes a set of credits. If you run out before the trial ends, activate your plan early from the trial banner.

Do unused credits roll over?
No. At each renewal, subscription credits reset to your plan allowance, and unused credits from the previous month expire. Credits refunded as a gift stay available until the end of the billing period they were granted in.
One exception: when you increase Pro packs mid-cycle, a new billing cycle starts immediately and your unused subscription credits carry into it, up to your current monthly allowance.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrading to a higher plan starts a new full-price billing cycle and resets your balance to the new plan's allowance; unused credits from the old plan do not carry over. Decreasing Pro packs takes effect at your next renewal.
If you cancel from Manage Subscription in Billing, your plan and its remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
